(collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. You are permitted to share links to ByteReview articles and to quote brief excerpts (not exceeding 200 words) with proper attribution, including a link back to the original article. Systematic downloading, scraping, or automated collection of content is prohibited.

Actual performance may vary based on workload characteristics, region selection, account configuration, and other factors. ByteReview does not guarantee that you will achieve identical results. Benchmark data is provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for purchasing or procurement decisions.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that are not owned or controlled by ByteReview. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. References to specific products, services, or vendors in our reviews do not constitute endorsement.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ByteReview, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ByteReview Digital B.V., its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
ByteReview reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
ByteReview may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, ByteReview, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, this clause does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ByteReview Digital B.V. regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
